My car was side-swiped in a hit-and-run accident. It required body work and I selected Gerber Collision & Glass. The staff was courteous, efficient, and listened to my concerns. I was especially impressed with Don who not only repaired the damage in a timely fashion, but when I picked up my SUV it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. It looked like the day I drove it off the showroom floor. In addition, we noticed a few scratch marks on the UNAFFECTED damage site. Mr. O'Brien applied some compound to remove the those scratches. He is a professional who went above and beyond his original task. Thank you Mr. O'Brien and the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass - Austintown, OH.

Great Service! Car had hail damage all over. Gerber Collision and Glass did an excellent job repairing the hail damage. No dents are noticeable after the repairs. They did a good job with the paint job as well. The technicians were very friendly and informative. I will be taking my wive's car for hail damage repairs as well.

They've gone great work each time and completed the job ahead of the expected timeline. Communication throughout the repairs were timely and appropriate. Really appreciated the daily text updates. Hopefully I won't be back but if I do, I'll come back to Gerber on Palo Verde.

My car estimator was Andrew. As anyone knows, it is a pain to be away from your vehicle and have to rearrange plans to get from point A to point B. When I picked up my car, it had been washed, vacuumed, and even my tires were shined. Gerber does great work, and I have been highly satisfied with this company throughout the years. Excellent customer service! Whole staff was very friendly and helpful during a stressful time for me. They answered all my questions. Explained the entire repair process in detail. Great relationship with Enterprise about getting a rental car. Contacted me almost everyday to update me on the repair status. Car was finished very quickly, several days before the estimated completion date. The repair work was outstanding! No complaints. Would definitely return if needed and would also highly recommended them to anyone! Excellent service!

Gerber collision has by far given me the best experience I have had when it comes to customer service and quality of work done on any vehicle I have ever owned. The service professionals at this location made me feel right away that my car was in good hands. They walked me through every step of the process of the collision repair, giving me calls or sending me text message updates on a regular basis. Their location manager, Eric exhibited a high level of professionalism in the way he addressed me while explaining the details of the work that was carried out on my vehicle, when it was ready for pick-up. The vehicle was even cleaned and polished on the interior. It actually felt like I got a brand new car. I would highly recommend this location, even if you wish to have minor repairs carried out on your vehicle.
