Everyone who I dealt with at Gerber were so nice and helpful! (Enterprise to rent a car, Geico insurance adjuster and the Gerber rep). My car was quickly fixed, I was kept updated each day (minimal damage so it was in on Monday and I picked up on Wednesday morning) and the rear bumper that was fixed looked great! I could highly recommend this location to anyone I know who needed it. I came in under a zero liability claim (other person's insurance was handling so I didn't have to pay out of pocket) so I truly hope that anyone coming in having to pay out of pocket would be treated just as nice and fairly.

I was extremely impressed from the moment I stepped into Gerber's front office (which was clean and tidy and offered fresh cofee and treats) and was greeted by the most friendly, professional and efficient Front Office reprentative, Jessica. Within minutes, I met the rest of Gerber's amazing Team -- Bill (Geico Claims Adjustor) , Alfie P. (General Manager, Gerber) and Gabriel (Enterprise Representative). These gentlemen were dressed very professionally, treated me with respect and kindness. They were all very knowledgeable, communicative, expedient and helpful. I felt confident and comfortable that I and my car were in great hands! Two separate auto body damage claims were handled and this awesome Team made what started out as a stressfull and challenging event a very smooth and satisfactory experience. I was kept abreast of the status ... every day and my every enounter was exceptional. Bill and Alfie explained the damage and charges in detail and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Gabriel covered all details of my rental car and made sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot! I am over the top impressed and without hesitation will highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of auto body repair.
