I was skeptical of repair shops from previous dealings. Several friends said Gerber was reliable, as I found they were. Actually my experience with Gerber was far easier and stressless than I could imagine. Jackson R. inspected the damage and gave me an estimate on the cost and how long the job would take. Rental car was provided immediately. The job was done before estimated time, the job was beautiful and I was back to a normal life with my auto. Hello, I expressly stated at the time of repair estimate I would need my car before I went out of town for vacation. My car was repaired the same day I dropped it off. I asked at the time of estimate were there any discounts I was eligible to receive. Luis was able to issue me a $100 discount. Although I sorely hated to have to spend the money to repair the damage I made to my vehicle, Luis did everything he could to provide exceptional service and I was not Inconvenienced at all. I truly received 5 star service!
