Six-stars-plus out of five. And Enterprise Leasing did just as good a job on their end for my rental car. Gerber's backed up on appointments but don't get antsy. As long as your car is driveable, have them schedule you in. Our Toyota was hit from the rear, $2,600 damage, and Gerber only took one day to fix. Everything was perfect in the way they handled things: p.r. of the two estimators, Doug and later Ryan; the manager and her assistant at the front desk; the coordination with Enterprise; the way the insurance was handled--Legacy had to pay but we have Twin City Fire Ins. Co. through AARP (neither is listed above). The rental was $12 out of pocket and THERE WAS NO OTHER COST INVOLVED in regard to our accident. I give Gerber some 5-star plus, plus, plus, plus........

Quick repairs to my Subabru that was rear-ended. The team (Ashley, Kelly, Kim) that took care of my car was enthusiastic and kept me well informed along the way. The car looked great when I got it back.

A job well done, and the people could not have been more pleasant to work with. Frequent updates, and a very fin repair job that included a complete cleanup of my vehicle. It looks brand new!

From the start, Bill G. was pleasant, customer oriented and truly seemed interested in making my collision repair as smooth as possible. The repair was completed a couple of days ahead of schedule and Gerber offered a free rental while our Camry was being repaired. When we picked up our car Bill , personally, also used some rubbing compound to remove a couple of scratches on an area that was not related . to the repair.. Overall I don't think the "experience" could have been any better.!! Great Job, Gerber and a special THANK YOU to Bill G. We will be recommending Gerber and Bill to our family and friends.

Gerber replaced the hinge on my driver's side door. They were fast and provided me with updates. The initial estimate was spot on.
