I want to THANK Don and Brian for the AMAZING job they provided after an accident. Anybody who has been in an accident knows how painful the process can be, even if there was no physical injury. The Team at Gerber made the whole experience less stressful and delivered on everything (and then some) the estimate detailed. Don listened to my concerns and was available anytime I had a question or concern...and he even provided updates via phone or e-mail daily. Brian made my car look as good as it did before my accident...which I didn't think would be possible. Everyone from the receptionist staff to the estimators to repair staff treated me with kindness, respect and concern from the minute I stepped into the building. After a very disappointing experience just days before with another shop, I was very defensive, but the staff at Gerber made ... me feel comfortable and understood my frustration. I would and will HIGHLY recommend Gerber to anyone in need of collision repair. Thank you to everyone!!!! read more

The actual charge came in less than the estimate. EVERY individual I spoke with was a pleasure to deal with. Working with Enterprise with Gerber made my life easy. Everything about my experience was positive - my car looks GREAT. My son recommended you and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend Gerber - I did get another quote which was $300 higher and in comparing the two quotes - they were doing the same thing....... truly al I can say is thank you!
