This is my second mishap with my vehicle & have used Gerber on both occasions. staff is courteous, professional & put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. On my second repair, they ran in to some difficulty w/parts & covered the cost of my rental for the extra week! Also made another repair unrelated to the accident & split the cost with me since it was out of pocket & they were a week late. Aces in my book... would definitely recommend to anyone. Gerber kept me updated on the progress of of the repair status often. I was extremely happy with the repairs made, and the very reasonable time frame for completing the repairs. The Vehicle was returned completely washed and appeared as if it had been detailed! Looked better than when I bought the vehicle!
