I would highly recommend Gerber Collision 100% . Richard the GM handle my claim and repair and he was OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. He kept me informed on the repairs and when it would be ready and it was ready when promised. He guided me through the whole process when I called and he also made me aware that I might be eligible for a rental car. Richard was very friendly, straight forward, honest and efficient. My car looks like a brand new car. Thanks also to the body repairmen for work well done. I have walked away extremely happy and satisfied. I must say...the whole staff here has been amazing. They were extremely courteous and understanding. Kristina, Ivy, Kim, Max, and the whole body shop should be commended for a job well done. They have to deal with customers who are upset in a frequent basis but due to their professionalism they make the whole process a very calming experience. There are no worries a customer has when using Gerber. I am sincerely thankful for the job they have done and will no doubt recommend them in the future. USAA did a great service by having partnered with Gerber Collision.

My car was towed to Gerber Collision and Glass at 712 Sunshine Way in Greensboro after a wreck. They were quick to attend to the damage of my car and they were very friendly and kind while doing it. These people are not only good at dealing with battered cars, they are pretty soothing to jangled nerves also. I just adore Mallory. If you have the misfortune to have a wreck, you can depend on them to help get you through it. I have never been more impressed by service people than I am with the good people of Gerber Collision on Sunshine Way. They're the best!

I cannot express my appreciation of Gerber's staff over the past month while they had my car and we were waiting for my insurance to decide if they were going to cover the damages from my accident, or not. MetLife finally totaled it out, and Gerber honored the same estimate to fix my car, after discussing a few alternatives with me. Considering the time that they basically stored my car, they gave me regular updates and maintained very positive and consistent service the entire time, despite my ongoing frustrations with the whole process. Most surprising was when I went in to pick my car up tonight, they knew right away, who I was, and shared my excitement in the repairs being done and my being able to take my car home! I am extremely impressed with the service I received. My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I went directly to Gerber. I met with Kyle, a Gerber estimator, and he went to work! Shortly thereafter I set up an appointment, brought my vehicle back in for repair and then received a message the work was completed a head of schedule. Alberto was GREAT in helping me get my OEM car cover for my automobile... I take care of my car & have kept it in great working order for more than 13 years... Alberto was able to get my cover within a couple of days... Plus, Gerber did GREAT work repairing my car back in 10/31/11, when it was hit... I will "ALWAYS" go to Gerber for my auto body work...

From the moment my dear husband spoke with the receptionist to the kind gentleman who gave him back the keys to his car there was nothing but kindness, professional behavior shown to him. We can't thank you enough for making our year. It was so wonderful and if ever we have another occasion to come to you we will gladly do so. I just have to say that my husband smile meant so much to me that day of the pick up. When he was hit he had just dropped off a church member at his home and while parked a large SUV full of people that had been celebrating a little too much and attempted to park where he was parked, I'm so thankful that he wasn't injured.
