The service I received at Gerber Collision in Austintown, OH was excellent. My Van was repaired quickly and the staff was friendly. They assisted with arranging for my rental vehicle and kept me up to date on the progress of repairs to my vehicle via email and texts. Don phone call and counter skills were friendly and professional as were the rest of the staff that assisted with my claim. I will recommend Gerber to my friends, family and co workers.

Everyone was very knowledgeable. Maurice explain everything step by step and kept me in form with a phone call every other day. And I got to know one of the body shop employees and his name is victor. He really knows his stuff and also explain how the painting process work. And I was surprised. And my saying was WOW!!!!!! In a hole everything was perfect.: )
