The customer service was excellent at the Greensboro location. The repair work to be done on my car was explained to me in detail. The rear fender on my car was damaged and protruding which could possibly caused damage to other cars and created a hazard for runners and cyclist. Mallory, the service rep., said she did not want to see me driving the car with the protruding fender and asked the shop if they could fix it so I could drive safely until my scheduled time for final repairs. I got a repair estimate from another collision repair facility before I visited Gerber and they indicated they could not temporarily repair the fender. Gerber volunteered to fix it so I could drive safely. The final repair work was excellent and the car looks like a brand new car. I have had repairs done at this location before and as before the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. The repair to my passenger side outside mirror was done promptly and correctly. The paint on the new mirror matched the paint of my car's exterior perfectly. First, the communication was touch notch and excellent. I was consistently receiving updates on the status of my car. Second, they did the work in less time than quoted. Third, cost was very competitive - the best in the Owasso area. Fourth, we are completely happy with the repair work. They touched up beyond the required repair. The paint color blended in so well. The quality is wonderful. The car was given back to us in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend using Gerber to anyone. And if we have the unfortunate occasion to require collision repair, we will return to Gerber.
