I recently had collision repair done on my vehicle and the staff at the Loves Park IL location was fantastic. I was treated like a priority not like a job that had to be done. My car looked great after the repairs were completed. Not only was the exterior of the car washed, the interior was spiffed up. Thank you so much

Gerber did great work. The estimate was spot on. They cleaned my car. They were prompt and friendly every time I spoke with them. Gerber made a bad situation a little more tolerable.

AWESOME service. Helpful desk associates, adjusters, body workers. Couldn't believe the great detail work done on the inside of my car, too! The car looks as good as the day I bought it. Thank you so much for really out-of-the-ordinary customer service.

The office staff was very professional and friendly from receiving until delivering the car. The work on the car was top notch. It was so good that you cannot tell where the damage was. I will be glad to recommend this location to anyone that needs their expertise.

I was very pleased with Gerber Collision Glass in Owasso, OK. They were very professional in both the estimation and explanation of services. They finished my car the same day I turned it over to them. I had a bumper and energy absorber replaced. The paint matched perfectly and to get my car back the same day was a bonus. Thank you Tommie D. and staff at Gerber in Owasso.

Molly and Sunny S. are excellent representatives of this company. Molly is always cheerful and factual. Sunny S.'s nickname for me is, "Mr. Service." They are always kind, considerate, courteous and true to their word. Their feedback is awesome and you can count on them dong exactly what they said. The workmanship of the repairs exceeds my expectations. As a Pastor, my schedule is always "tight." They work with me to make sure that we all are expecting the same outcome. I will always tell my friends of this special place to go when auto body work is needed. The employees will relieve your stress with their kind and considerate rapport. Thanks Team!

Wonderful experience from estimate to pick up! Each staff member we encountered was full of hospitality. Our vehicle was finished in the time they had planned it to be. We were phoned with updates as the repairs were being made. We were provide a rental at no cost to us. They took the time to clean it inside and out after the repairs!! It looked as good as when we drove it off the lot where we purchased it once the job was completed! We highly recommend Gerber for your auto repair needs.
