Gerber Collision was recommended by Amica to repair my driver side door. We had a driver pull out of their parking space, directly into my car, while we were waiting for a parking space. Not having a lot of time and being highly frustrated, we went into Gerber Collision hoping to get my car fixed back to the way it was before. Keith at Gerber in Ann Arbor was polite, thorough, and listened to how I felt about wanting the paint color and everything to look the same as it did before. They fixed my car, as promised, in a timely manner. They called to update me when my car was being painted and that it was on schedule. As far I can tell, my car looks just as good as new. Thanks, Gerber Collission of Ann Arbor! That's some of the best customer service I've had in awhile, in addition to that of Enterprise Rent-A-Car down the road.

The body work and customer service during repairs was great. The automated updates are helpful and allowed me to plan ahead as far as picking up my vehicle. When I was doing the walk around inspecting the repairs, I made a comment that I wished I had remembered to ask about covering some chipped areas on my car from rocks, etc. The employee went in and got touch up paint and covered all of the chipped areas on my car while I waited. That goes a long way in the area of customer service and I think she represented your company with excellence.

This was my first encounter with Gerber Collision, and I must say "I'M IMPRESSED". Ashley was recommended as one of the best service technicians and I agree. Even though Gerber's electronic notification system kept me abreast of the progress on my vehicle, Ashley made it personal checking to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. From the look of the work performed, I can't even tell where the damage began and ended. Ashley & Gerber - Thank you. Oh yes, a special shout out to the manager that approved the Gerber 5 day free rental. Excellent extra special touch. I will recommend your company to all that I can.
