We took the car to another collision shop, prior to coming here and they were unable to fix the problem. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the initiative to call USAA on our behalf and get it approved. She even got us a rental car. Not knowing Gerber Collision, I was apprehensive at first about bringing my car there for auto body work. The estimator, Nybia M. won me over completely. She was friendly, thorough, conscientious, and followed through on what she said she was going to do. As long as you keep Nybia around, I'll be coming back and referring Gerber to anyone I know who needs body work.

The estimator was very thorough and friendly. He explained everything he did. The staff updated me on the repair progress almost everyday through texts and phone calls. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the initiative to call USAA on our behalf and get it approved. She even got us a rental car. They ended up taking the car to the dealership. We had previously asked the other collision place not to take it to Ed Bozart Chevy because of all the bad reviews. They ended up taking it there anyways. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the car to Findlay Chevrolet for us. We have had really good experiences with them and they have really good reviews. They were able ... to figure out the problem at Findlay. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee as Sarah. She is a true asset to your establishment. I am very impressed with the service I received from the staff at Gerber in Broken Arrow. I had to get my car repaired from a collision and it was a very long process since there was a lot of damage. I was very nervous as this was my first collision ever and Gerber did an outstandingly amazing job, my car actually looked better from leaving Gerber than it did when I actually purchased it new. I highly recommend everyone to go to Gerber for any repairs, my high expectations were flawlessly met and more. Thank you Gerber for all the hard work you did for my car and me, I greatly appreciate you taking great care of my needs. Look forward to the next time I need to go(hopefully quite a few years from now) :)

Jeff kept me informed of my car's progress while being repaired. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Customer service is alive and well at Gerber Collision & Glass/1318 W. 2nd. I would definitely refer family and friends to use Gerber.
