Even though the right parts were ordered but the wrong parts were sent which meant a long delay in getting the car back, Gerber Collision made it right by repairing other scratches on our car that were not related to the recent collision. Brought two vehicles in for body work on two different occasions, and I wouldn't trust anyone else! Both vehicles came out looking brand new. On top of that, their service is top-notch! They even went out of their way to wash the vehicles afterwards! Customer service is excellent too, and the staff is very welcoming and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Had an issue with windshield trim piece that the car wash tore off. Pulled in to the estimate bay to ask for assistance. Kyle and another young man came out and assisted (I currently have to use a wheelchair) with the problem. They fixed it and sent me on my way. I offered to pay for services. It was about 15 minutes and a little double sided tape. Job is well done, quickly and they are very friendly.I have used Gerber before and will continue to have future body work done there.

The repair was A+ in addition to being completed in a timely manner. Great Communication as they kept me update to date as to the progress of the repair a few times both texting and calling. I appreciated learning the recommendations for not waxing and using a touch less car wash which were helpful. My car was washed and cleaned inside and out when i picked the car up. Very courteous employees. Convenient to have enterprise within 1/2 mile as well. Will recommend this Gerber collision to all in the future.
