Great Experience with the entire staff!! I was referred to Gerber from my insurance company USAA. I couldn't have been happier with the work they did on my rear bumper. The two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful in keeping me informed with updates on my vehicle and Harry J. who did my estimate went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Being involved in a hit and run accident is never a pleasant experience but Harry and his team did his best to ensure I had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely refer friends and family.

Great service. Estimator Kyle was very friendly and helpful. I could tell that the staff cared about getting my car back into perfect condition. It was my first time dealing with this company and they were very helpful in walking me through the insurance and repair process and kept me informed on the progress that they were making on my car.
