My overall experience with Gerber was superior. The work on my car was excellent, but what was even more impressive was my customer service experience from beginning to end. Tony, the manager, was thorough in explaining the process and interaction with my insurance carrier and me. Eddie was a joy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and followed-up with me throughout the process. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service and work performed by Gerber staff. The ladies at Gerber took excellent care of me. Even though there were some issues with the rental company, the ladies at Gerber did everything in their power to help. The repairs were done quickly (completed days prior to the estimated repair time) and adequately. Although the damage was minor, I am definitely satisfied with the work they did and will bring my business to them in the future as well as "wreck-ommend" them to my friends and neighbors.

My car had gotten broken into. Busted window. Dropped my car off. The staff was amazing. Very nice. Told me the process of vacuuming the glass, ordering it, replacing the window. Said if I had any problems just give them a call. Very informative. Would definitely recommend them.
