The girl in the front was very helpful, polite, and informative. She explained everything from beginning to end and adressed all of my concerns. Repairs were great and completed sooner than expected. Hopefully I won't have to come back but if I do then I know where I will be taking my business.

Everybody was wonderful. They walked us through the process and explained everything to us. They were very polite and courteous. They worked with our insurance company so we didn't have to, this saved us a lot of time. I have nothing negative to say about the employees at this location. I would recommend anybody that needs repair to their vehicle to Gerber.

Cory and John provided exceptional service from the moment I walked into the office. The office staff in general, was professional and welcoming. I had some concerns with how my damage could be repaired, but they walked me through the whole process and had the job completed in a timely manner. The finished work was impressive, and my car looked brand new when I left. I would recommend Gerber to anyone, especially if they can get to this location to have the work completed.
