I met with Earl for my estimate, and was sold right away. He was friendly happy, and seemed more than willing to bend over backward to make sure all of my needs were met. I scheduled my appointment, and about a week later the manager Jen called to see if I'd like to get in early for repairs. Not only did I get my car in for repairs three weeks sooner than expected, it was completed and returned to me a week sooner than I was told it would be. The quality of the work was fantastic, and the car looks like it has never been in an accident. Earl also made it a point to email with updates while they had the car. Thank you Earl, Jen and the rest of the team for making my first collision repair experience an easy and fantastic one! This place is awesome!!!

WOW! I was amazed when I saw my car. I'm 71 and figure this is my last car. I was so sad that it had been hit before it was six months old. I didn't know when it happened. I was devastated when the car wash attendant showed me the damage. When I saw Tommie yesterday, I told him that I could quit crying now. This was my first new car since 1985. I purchased the Subaru in September of 2015. Tommie had promised it would look new again. I didn't actually believe that it was possible. But he and his staff certainly delivered. Tommie is a great guy. His office staff are very nice. I'm not sure what title one gives to the repairmen, but they are certainly great craftsmen. I am more than pleased with the outcome of the repair. I cannot convey how I felt when I saw the repair. I was so happy to have the car restored to it's "new" ... condition. read more

My car was involved in a hit and run shortly before I was scheduled to leave on vacation. I brought my car in to the Halsted location and was approached at the front counter by Rick. I later found out that he is the General Manager of this location. He put me at ease and assured me that my car was in good hands and that his team would bring my car back to it's original glory. Got a call while I was on my trip letting me know my car was ready. Came back to town, went in that day and wow! We paid our deductible, signed a document and Rick had the car pulled up. Took all of about 10 minutes. The car was shining and reminded me of the day I picked it out at the showroom. He went over the work that was done, thanked us for our business and sent us on our way with a hand shake. They are very calm, professional, and encouraging. I appreciate the 5 day car rental provided. It helped relieve my mind from extra expense and time. I received my car back before the anticipated date. It looks like new and that damage was never done to it. I want to thank them for their hard work on my behalf.
