This Gerber location is FIRST RATE. The facility is spotless and they offer coffee and pop corn. Owner/Manager John is a knowledgeable and is quick to give a quote. Really nice facility - I was so impressed walking in as it was like a hotel lobby. I liked the keurig, and enjoyed my hot chocolate. Everyone was very courteous. My repair was done in one day! I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing auto body work.

Wish They had a 10 star rating!! I'm amazed of how they kept me up to date with my repairs from hitting a deer at 75 mph via text message and phone calls!! Everything was replaced! No bondo was used at all!! THEY REPLACED IT!! The paint matched!!!! Good job guys!!! Highly recommended!! The staff at Gerber Fairfield are all top of the line. I was treated like the president from beginning to end and the work itself reflected what you would provide to the president. I great to know you can find a shop that you can trust and count on and never have to shop around. I've been here 3 different occasions and the service, professionalism, and quality has never waivered! Michael & Mike are professional all the way. My car was damaged and believe it or not they made the entire experience a pleasure even though it cost me money.

I have been to Gerber several times before and had a great experience, and this was no different. Quality and service is always excellent. This time it was outstanding, however. Two employees stood out: Wendy and Ray. Wendy works the front desk and, in the short time I was waiting in the lobby, she handled each customer with courtesy and often humor. To me, the front desk is one of the most difficult jobs. Customers don't want to be there because something bad happened to our cars; we are worried and wondering how things will be handled. Wendy made us feel at ease, joking in a lighthearted way. Then there was Ray. There were a few minor dings that I expected to be included with the other work.
