I greatly appreciate Michael attention to detail. I was shook up over the accident and he assured me that he would take care of my vehicle. That I needed not to worry. Communicated with me each step of the way and delivered my vehicle a day of head what was estimated. Lady at the front desk greeted me and help me right away! I will tell everyone I know what great service you provide.

Awesome work! I've used Gerber Collision on southwest highway in oak lawn a couple of times and they have always done a great job. While my car was there they always kept me updated as to what was going on with my car too. I really appreciate the customer service and workmanship.

This was honestly the best service I have ever received. They have a great customer service. Also they repaired my car in such a short amount of time and made it look better than when i purchased it. I recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who is looking to get their car repaired in a short amount of time and cheap price (:

Your staff at this facility did an outstanding job of repairing the damage to my vehicle. It was a very smooth and fluid process that began the moment my husband and I entered your facility to the day we picked up the repaired vehicle. It was like a new car. I would like to commend and thank them for their diligence in working with my Insurance company to facilitate the completion of this job. Again, THANK YOU so much.

I stopped by this morning without an appointment and asked if they could give me an estimate to fix the latch on the rear door latch of my Toyota Sienna. I was expecting that they would look it over, give me a quote and ask me to come back, or at least leave the vehicle with them. Instead, they fixed it on the spot and I was extremely happy with the price. Next time I need my windshield replaced or I have a car in need of body work, I will definitely be bringing it to them. BTW, I've also used Gerber in Skokie several times and I've been very pleased. I would go back to them as well.
