Nobody goes to a auto body shop because something good has happened. Either their car is damaged or they are simply unhappy with something about the car and want it fixed. So daily, employees at Gerber have to deal with people who have recently been made unhappy for some reason or another. That's a lot of stress on people and can be a rough atmosphere to work in. Well, for the second time in as many months I found myself to be one of those upset customers that needed the services of of Gerber Collision Center. And once again the folks at Gerber have been there with kind, professional attitudes and equally professional performance! Brenda, Pat, and both Kevins have been exemplary examples of quality people who have taken my bad luck with the needed repairs to my vehicle and made it a positive experience. These are down to earth people who ... are genuine in their passion for quality service and repairs and I only wish I could hire people like them for my own business. Once again, the repairs were done perfectly and this time they were done a day early, beating their time estimate. I love this Gerber location!
