Travel Center Drive location does EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Our job was done at estimate, delivered before time and complete! We rented through Gerber and that part was painless and we got to drive a new car! Alfie's estimate was done very well! Jessica's texts gave us timely details and answered all queries. Thank You for "Top-of-the-Line" shop work!

I am vey pleased with my car repairs at Gerber Collision. Everyone involved was very cordial and helpful. I was kept informed of progress and when my car would be ready for pickup. My car was cleaned by Gerber and looked great when I picked it up. I would recommend Gerber Collision to others.

Chad did a great job following up and honoring the original estimate written by Twin City while guaranteeing the proper repairs were completed. My situation was unique as I had a prior windshield claim that Lafayette Glass replaced but in doing so they scratched the paint all around the edge of the roof. The claim and payment was then thru Lafayette Glass. Lafayette glass was included on the repair estimate to R&I the windshield to give them the opportunity to be a part of the solution and reduce their cost. I appreciate Chad working thru some of the confusion and questions with Lafayette Glass and ensuring a quality repair was completed. Thanks.

I questioned Kurt about having the headlights on my BMW restored. They weren't that bad, just not up to my standards. I stated to Kurt that I didn't expect them to look like new as they have quiet a few miles on them. Kurt was concerned that they wouldn't be perfect, up to his standards. When finished, they exceeded my expectations and meet Kurt's. My expectations continue to be exceeded every time I visit Gerber Collision. Thanks!

I am very happy with the service and rework that Gerber Collision gave me. The employees were very kind and curtious to me and from what I could see of others that were there also awaiting at the same time I was there. They made sure that we were always apprised of what was happening with the rental car agency while we were waiting. So all in all I would definitely refer anyone to them for any repairs to their vehicle as it was a great experience for me. Especially since I have not had as nice an experience in the past with other places. I will definitely go there in the future if I ever need any repair work to my vehicle.
