The adjuster was considerate and informed me frequently of the progress of the repair work. It took 17 days as there was more damage than anticipated. The office staff were very considerate and kind since the accident was not my fault but a great inconvenience. Not only want to give 5-star review but also thank the entire team. Estimator was fast, kind and efficient/knowlegable. Receptionist/bookkeeper - SLAM DUNK both ladies I worked with were top notch. Got plenty of straight communication about what/how much/next steps and what to expect, plus regular auto texts and voice mails that all was coming along. When picking up the car, I examined paint and body work (perfect) and gentleman who brought the car around just made sure the service was spectacular and brought the body shop guy out to check one unrelated fix that I wanted to price out. They spoke to insurance themselves for me with any questions. I recommended this location and staff to my boss for getting her car fixed and will always tell my friends it is a solid business run well.
