Customer service here is excellent! And the repairs were flawless. This team did a great job of correcting what the deer did to the vehicle. Great communication and time for repair was reasonable. While one wants to avoid having to go to such a facility, if necessary Gerber will be the place to go. And their collaboration between insurance and car rental agencies was great!

I had my vehicle in for some minor repairs around a wheel well. When I came in to pick it up, there were a couple of issues. I talked with Patrick Runk, the General Manager on the issues and he searched for the pin stripping that was needed and took care of the other issue with-in a week. The staff was pleasant and helpful every time I went there. Patrick, went above and beyond to make sure he got the issues resolved and to make sure I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for any repairs you might need.

Today I had an appointment for an appraisal with Ricky A for a damage to my Audi TT hatch. I knew replacing my hatch was a good $3000k, So I asked Ricky if he could possibly flatten out perturbing skin and get it touched up with paint. SUCCESS!!. He was able to make it flat and ready to touch up with paint I asked how much I owe him, and he said it's on the house. So WOW!! He saved me a thousands of dollars if the area could not be smoothed out AMAZING customer service, best place I have found iRockledge and surrounding areas. THANKS SO MUCH Ricky!

Highly recommend Michael D. repair work! This is the 2nd time he's repaired my little truck after an accident & I couldn't be happier. Turned it in on Monday morning & had the front bumper repaired and passenger front rim replaced - all ready for pickup by Friday afternoon!
