I had some work done to my car when a piece fell off of the freeway where the city is having construction done. It cracked my bumper and broke my front sensor. They did an amazing job in fixing it and it took them less than a week to fix the whole thing. I highly recommend them and will be happy to go back to them if I ever need any work done.

Mike J. too care of us, as did everyone at office. But Mike was "our guy" for the process. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable: what more can we say? After dropping off our car, we started getting update texts: wonderful! The office coordinated with our insurance, so we didn't have to deal with that. Mike explained the repair and warranty. We are VERY pleased with the work, the people, the whole experience (except for the crunch that brought us to Gerber!).

I especially would like to thank Ryan for keeping me informed with the progress of the repairs to my vehicle, 2015 Black BMW 328i. And the Customer Service Receptionist, when talking to me, she was always very courtesy and professional.
