Service and handling of collision was great. Kevin put time in to keep me informed as we went along. Took longer to deliver because of the additional damage they found and handled with insurance company seamlessly. Thanks!

Even though I originally thought my car was gone a lot longer than it should have been, once I saw the itemized list of repairs I had a much better understanding of exactly why. I dealt with Joe and Linda, and they were nothing but professional and courteous all the time.

Service was excellent from Front Desk to our Estimator, Marcela P. Estimate was accurate. Work was performed in a very timely manner, they even detailed our car before returning! Have had work done there before & will always choose Gerber for any future needs. Will refer all friends in need as well. Thank you!!

This is the third time that I have used Gerber Collision on Market St. and I cannot say enough good things about them. The customer service was above excellent. Brandon and BK went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed, my car and my needs were taken care of as promised. And the work was beautiful and done in a timely, organized and well-managed manner. I highly recommend them and will continue to use Gerber for any future needs. Thank you for everything, Gerber.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. An issue came up that was outside of their control and they were absolutely wonderful about taking care of the customer first. Top notch!

The front desk clerk Debbie was very professional and answered all questions. My car had to have body work done. When it was done I was very happy with the work. Also April and John were very helpful. I will surely recommend your place. I hope I don't need your service any time soon.
