My experience with Gerber was quick and painless to say the least. In my case the repairs only took about two weeks and were transparent with updates every Tuesday and Thursday until complete. The staff is very helpful throughout the entire process. Hopefully I will not need body work done on a vehicle as a result of an accident in the future, but if I do, I now know exactly where to go.

About a month ago our new car was hit and there was over $8000 in damages done. We chose Gerber and were immediately impressed with their high level of customer service. Our mechanic, Eddie, told us it would be 3 to 4 weeks until our car was ready. He delivered in 2 weeks! The car looked brand new again. A week ago our teenage son used the same car and was in an accident. We took it back to Eddie and he was so gracious and professional. His talent and attention to detail is truly an art form. We are amazed with his high level "people" skills and his humble yet confident approach. Laura at the front desk is stellar! I strongly recommend Gerber in Plainfield to anyone.

The team at Gerber Collision in Morrison was nothing but excellent. The work they did to my truck after a side collision turned out GREAT!! They communicated very well from when I dropped the truck off to them and kept me up to date on the progress until I picked it up. I even got it back sooner than I was expecting. The truck was very clean inside and out. This team made this experience very smooth and easy, wish I could give them more then 5 stars.
