I recently had Gerber repair the rocker panel on my 2010 Miata MX5 (my baby). I read their great reviews so decided to take it to Gerber. Jonathan really impressed me. He was so honest, helpful and courteous, that I knew I had chosen the right place and they did not let me down. I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone in need of their services. I brought my car in for an estimate, yes, it was minor damage, a car had scraped the rear fender and back door and left white paint on my brown car. Charlotte, the Gerber estimator, took a close look at the damage, and with a rag and some magic fluid, she removed the white paint and the car looked good as new. Not what I was expecting. Thank you to Charlotte and Gerber, for an exemplary encounter with customer satisfaction in the forefront. Should the occasion ever arise, I will be back. Thanks again.

I tried out Gerber Collision and Glass for the first time last week and was skeptical because of past horror stories with different repair shops in Spokane. Jeff T. and his crew took wonderful care of me and my car. Not only did they repair my vehicle in less time than they originally quoted, but they did so under budget, saving me money. Tom was cheerful and very helpful in fulfilling my questions. He checked for the part, he came in, he called me to let me know. The next day I brought my car in an hour later I was on my way home with my car. Gerber was terrific. I would recommend them to all my friends. Every one there was cheerful and a happy place.
