It's been a long time since I need a collision repair shop, but from what I remember, they were nothing like this. Gerber, Kevin and staff made this as close to a enjoyable experience as you can have from hail damage. It was nice to actually have a business listen and not pretend. Everything about the experience was good & I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them. Thanks Gerber on Farabee Dr!

The service here is excellent. Don was the greatest and so helpful and accommodating. Stephanie was also a bright and shining example of how customers should be treated. Customer service is everything and these guys give it their all. Best place on the south side.
