The mechanic was the only reason i choose Gerber , as i know the quality of work he does , the mechanic kept me up to date on the progress of my car till I was able to get it back.

Outstanding job by the Grand Junction Colorado crew. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure this process would be easy for me, they contacted the company that would be paying for my vehicle, got the rental car set up, and everything else done for me without me having to do anything. I will make sure if anything ever happens to any of my vehicles I will continue using Gerber Collision- Grand Junction, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to use this location. Customer service skills were very professional and amazing. Kobi B. at the front was was so helpful on making sure everything was taken care of for me. David B., was excellent to work with. He kept me updated me with repair status letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. I feel safe, and I'm Happy. Thank you again!!

I would recommend this location to anyone. I feel I have made new friends in the completion of a windshield replacement and paint job. This group definitely has the expertise needed to complete such a project. Fantastic Job!! In addition, I would like to give a special thanks to Ashley and Peggy. They both made me feel right at home and answered any questions or concerns without delay. TWO THUMBS UP LADIES!! It is so very hard to find the customer service I experienced with Gerber these days. Thank you again. Happy Days to all. :)
