First time using Gerber Collison and if I ever need to again I will. From when I first called and spoke to Carrie to set up my appointment to meeting with Kevin for the estimate. Kevin also kept me up to date with actual call on the progress of the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, Kevin showed me all what they did. The repair was done perfectly and the did a great job of matching the paint color. If I have friends that need a repair I'll for sure refer them to Gerber Collision in Shakopee

This was by far the best experience I have every had with a body shop. My car was given a Monday ready time, (I brought it in on a Tuesday morning). My car was back in my driveway on Thursday~~ 2 days was all it took!! Gerber kept me up to date on where my car was during the process by text message. I was never in the dark on what was going on with my car. You now have a customer for life. ( I just really hope I never have to use you again.)

Wonderful service. Took awhile to get it done but it was the insurance not the body shop. I'm so happy to have my car back and appreciate the service from Gerber. If I ever have another collision I will definitely take my cat to them again.

I had a little fender bender and they made everything very easy! They had a rental car pick me up and even had the car done a day early, saving my a day on the rental car! They washed the car and cleaned the inside so it looks like new! I am very grateful!
