This was my first time at Gerber. I had a very positive experience. The staff was professional and friendly and the work was complete on the day I expected it. I appreciated getting text updates on the status of my car. Thank you.

They took care of collision repair, great communication from Dustin. We had a few post repair issues, but they remedied them professionally.

Very easy to deal with and I like the text message updates. When I called to speak to my rep it was very easy to get a hold of him. Overall it was a very simple process.

The team at the Kirkman Gerber exceeded my expectations. Darren and his team seemed very enthusiastic about their work and the finished product shows. I have an aftermarket paint job and the paint told me after meeting him that he had to hand measure the tint to get the paint just right for the tail gate. In my opinion most shops wouldn't go the extra mile for perfection like this shop does.

Did great on first repair, but Leeann Rose cannot help us. Therefore I request the main office investigate if I can make the necessary phone calls.

It is clear to me that Gerber Collision Claremore has professional and caring individuals that make their business far above the competition. I highly regard working with honest, up-front people who keep their customer's best interest in mind.

Tom guided me from beginning to end and made it a painless experience. I was informed of every thing that would have to be done and the cost. The job was finished to perfection, and a day sooner than expected. Above all, he was very friendly. I also want to praise the behind the scenes workers who are real craftsmen.

I cannot imagine having a better experience with a body shop. Not only is their work almost perfection, but the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The girls at the front are always willing to help and answer any questions I had. Conchetta, one of the estimators is fabulous. I cannot give a higher recommendation of this Gerber Collision and Glass location. I would never take my car any place else for repairs.

A big thank you to the Pontiac Gerber location for fixing my car after an accident. The repairs were done promptly and without incident. The staff was easy to work with and flexible with my schedule. After I received my car back we found a minor detail. I called Pontiac Gerber and without question they got me right back in and was happy to get me right back out on the road again. I'm really thankful to have a reliable repair facility in our community for those unforeseen incidents. Great shop, great staff!
