This was the 2nd time I dealt with Gerber in the last month and both experiences surpassed my expectations. Thomas was extremely helpful and patient as we dealt with the headache associated with insurance! Most recently I dealt with Alan who was helpful, and VERY communicative. They completed the work quickly, my car looks great, and it was clean and has a full tank of gas! Hopefully, I won't be back soon, but if I do need collision repairs again, I will absolutely use Gerber.

My car was damaged due to an individual hitting me from behind. Insured individual contacted her insurance company, GEICO. I was contacted within 24 hours by and scheduled for repairs. I was old that the repairs would take two days and was provided a loaner. My car was ready on time and company did a good job.

My experience at the Garner Gerber Collision center was exceptional. From the appointment availability, friendly greetings, and quick estimate service, to the speedy repair time, I can say they are nothing less than excellent. Roger Christley was my point-person and was great at explaining the procedures, keeping me up-to-date by telephone, mostly exceeding my expectations. he had truly made not only my day, but my entire month by going above and beyond. My husband and I were exceptionally pleased with the polite, quick service that we received. Everyone treated us very well, answering all of our questions completely. We REALLY loved, loved, loved the text messages keeping us up to date on the status of our repairs and reassuring us that " our Honda was happy there" !! Also when it was ready, which was FOUR days before we expected the repairs to be completed, the text said that our Honda was happy to be coming home to us!! Kudos to the person writing the texts! Very appreciated and funny, too! We will certainly recommend this place to others for their repairs. Thank you so much for making a stressful rear end collision easier to handle..
