They did an excellent job on cleaning and repainting my bumper. I had three other scratches that was not was not in the damaged area that was not covered by insurance, so when I dropped my car off for the repair I asked them how much would it cost me, out of pocket to take care of theses while they had the the bumper off my car. He said, lets go and take a look at it. I showed him the areas and he said, I tell them to cleanup the entire bumper and they did. Two off the scratches was about the size of a dime and fairly deep. Well I can't even tell that I ever had those deep scratches, it came out nice and smooth. It looks like a brand new bumper.

I was apprehensive about the 30K repair on my 2 year old BMW, but Jason not only reassured me, but communicated regularly until the excellent job was finished.

Customer service was great! My car was damaged pretty bad in a car wreck and was in the shop for a couple weeks. The staff at Gerber Cocoa kept me informed on a weekly basis giving me a status update. When I picked the car up it was very clean and now drives better than it did before the wreck.

On 7/20/16 I visited Gerber Collision for some repairs on my DTS Caddy. During this visit, I met Franky, the manager, and Brandon. They both exhibited the highest standard of customer service. My car was worked on by Schneider, who did an amazing, flawless job. The workmanship was excellent. My wife and I remain very happy and satisfied customers.

Repair was done promptly, looks good, and appreciated the cleaning of the car inside and out. Only snag was the rental car from Enterprise was an hour late from the promised time.

I had the best experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! My new Honda Civic was in a minor fender bender and my insurance company suggested I get an estimate from Gerber. Since they are less than 5 minutes from my home, I decided to give them a try. I set up an appointment and met with Jeff K. who was very polite, professional and honest. I received an estimate and scheduled the work with Gerber once I received the okay from my insurance company. Jeff called me every day to give me an update on the repairs and my car was finished within the time frame specified. The repairs look amazing and my car looks brand new again. Such great service is so hard to come by these days and I am so appreciative! I will definitely use Gerber again in the future and will refer them to others!!

Great: This is my third visit to this location and working with Michael G. One visit was a small project not related to an accident. They did the job very well for a fair price. Jamie Flowers was very professional and helpful in her duties. I will recommend Gerber and Michael to my family and friends. Michael is certainly an asset to your company and has a great team.
