Every accident my car has been in it's been fixed by Gerber Collision & Glass. I find their customer service is outstanding. No matter who greets me they all are respectful, pleasant, upbeat and readily to assist. This time here was the same, I appreciate Amber, Brendan (GEICO) and the other guy my husband spoke to who I failed to remember his name, please charge it to my head and not my heart. I thank you guys so much for taking care of my 2006 Avalon and fixing it to perfection. I appreciate it very much. It looks and drives great. Although it was a few extra days than planned, there were two things that didn't work out and they kept me informed of what was going on and the issues were corrected to perfection. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff. I would highly recommend them. My car was badly damaged and required a lot of repair. It looks like nothing ever happened to it.I am beyond pleased with the service I received!

This was my second experience with Gerber in Greensboro, NC in the last 7 months. As before, the team working on my car did a fabulous job with the repair (first time was front bumper from road debris and this time was rear bumper from a rear-end collision). There is no trace of the damage to my vehicle. The people working at Gerber are friendly, professional, and efficient - overall just an outstanding crew! They took care of both me and my vehicle, taking time to arrange a car rental, and making sure I was continually updated on the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle!

It took longer and was more costly than the initial estimated suggested. I did not personally pick up the car, but if I had I would have told them there was still a small amount of extraneous paint on the front bumper leftover from the accident. Overall, the workmanship was good (4 out of 5) and the front desk was very kind (5 out of 5).
