I wish I could give 1,000 stars. I can't believe the amazing experience I had with this company. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday and it was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday morning. I had to replace the front and rear bumpers on a non stock vehicle. The insurance agent Jacque in their office was amazing. Very thorough but speedy. The convince of the rental car pick up right in the office was a huge plus. No running around. Another very quick process. Total drop off time was maybe 20 minutes. When I picked up my vehicle it looked fantastic and the cherry on top, they detailed my vehicle even the custom wheels!!! She also assured me the color would match as the technician located and recorded the color code prior to my departure. A follow-up phone call from Pamela announced the arrival of the part and a repair date was established.
