My estimator Jennifer was honest, knowledgeable, and sent me regular updates while my car was being repaired. They did a great job replacing my rear bumper, they even repainted the bumper that was delivered because the color didn't match perfectly. The most courteous and kind customer service. After trying many different ways & searched for help in trying to loosening the screw that hold my old license plate; my last hope was to stop by Gerber. With enthusiasm they were able to unscrew and replaced the old license plate with the new. Gerber was heaven sent with unconditional excellent customer service.
