The staff was very professional and friendly, I would specially like to say that Mr. Michael Hernandez called me twice a week with updates on my vehicle which let me know that my vehicle was in good hands . Hi Gerber. I was waiting on my survey and never received it. It's possible that my employer blocked the email from being received for security measures, however; I had to submit my personal feedback for my wonderful experience at the Gerber Collision located at 1060 W. Huron Chicago, Il. 60642. Mr. Carlson B. was absolutely Fantabulous ( made up word - he was both fantastic and fabulous). His professionalism, his courtesy, his vast knowledge, his attitude.... all 6 stars. It took a little while when dealing with the driver that was responsible for the accident insurance however; Mr. Beeman or Carlson as he preferred to be called; was so patient, kind, and understanding. This whole experience was very smooth and timely because of Amy. She constantly communicated with me on the status of my truck and always returned my calls and emails promptly. Not to mention she got it done sooner than she originally thought. She's awesome!

I was taken care of by Michael as soon as I walked in. He is unerringly polite, both on the phone and in person. he apologised for the wait and then turned me over to Brett. I was given an appointment for my appraisal for the following day. Brett was a great sense of humor and made me feel at ease with what could have been a nerve wracking situation. He called me with updates every few days so I always knew what was going on and the approximate time that my car would be ready. When I picked up my car I was amazed how great it looked. you would never know that the front end was hit. Not only did the outside look great but they cleaned the inside of my car too! I will definitely be referring friends and family to Gerber Auto and Glass repair!!!!!!!!! love those guys!

Just wanted to say that the service I received from Gerber Tempe this time was 1,000% better than the service I received back in 2012. In particular, Bill Huffine took great care to do warranty work with no questions asked, and the work appears to have been done correctly and in a timely manner. Great improvement!

The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. This is probably the best auto shop experience I have ever had. Jeff was great about communication with me on the status of the repair by both phone and email. Cassie always knew who I was when I called and so friendly on the phone. The truck came back as quick as they could possibly make it happen (which was fast!) and it looks great! Really a positive experience for a bad situation. I will defiantly be back for some more cosmetic stuff I want to have done on my truck!

Repair was perfect. Zero complaints. Only praise. The car cleanup was as requested. And the touchup work Ashley did on the rust spots really improved the look of the Odyssey. Great work and super people there but hope I don't see them again, at least not for a business purpose. ;)

I needed a repair to front passenger door and mirror. Kevin Allred provided a timely estimate and the repair was scheduled one week out. The repair work was outstanding. Door looks good as new. The repair was completed two days early and for $100 less than original estimate!
