I took my 2013 Ram 2500 to Gerber to have a couple of small rust spots in my wheel well removed, one other small rust spot (from a rock chip), and a small dent removed by "paint-less dent removal". I've had other vehicles repaired at this location and they've always done a good job. I dropped off my truck this time and got an estimate. Bill's (the General Manager of the shop) estimate was for appx. 730.00. I was fine with that as it seemed fair to me. After they started working on my truck, bill called me and sent me a text message with a picture of the rusty area in my wheel well. There was more rust under the paint. He said there may be more work involved (in my head I'm thinking more expensive). I told him to go ahead and do whatever he had to do to make it right.
