From the beginning, the communication from Gerber was instant after my vehicle was towed to their shop after a rear end collision. For someone who has never been in an accident, I had many questions. JW was more than patient and informative on what I should expect. Not only that, he was genuinely concerned about how I was doing after seeing the extreme damage of my truck. Hope never to be an accident similar to the one I was in but will not hesitate to return to Gerber Collison.

Erica, Kim and Jose exceeded every expectation when I dropped my car off to be fixed. Not only is their customer service at the top level, but they also go above and beyond to walk you through the process and keep you updated on the process of your car being fixed. I have been working on my master's degree, so I have let small chores go to the wayside, including cleaning my car. I was so pleasantly surprised to get my car back detailed, washed, and vacuumed out. I was not expecting that at all, so I was so grateful they took the time to make sure my car was not only perfect on the outside but also perfect on the inside.
