From the beginning they were very informative and helpful. They kept me posted and updated on the progress of my vehicle. Their cost estimates on repair was as expected and the estimated time to get the job done was earlier than expected. They provided me with a vehicle for 5 days which really helped out tremendously. My vehicle was as good as new and I thank Gerber Collision for the job well done!!

The family at Gerber Collision ,laurel - OUTSTANDING !The customer service is beyond reproach . Not only do they make you feel at ease , they keep you informed as to the progress of your repair. I just got my vehicle back a couple weeks ago, not just on time as they said but actually early. Now the wife's vehicle is in their care , and though it would seem that right after someone ran into me and I had to go thru this I might be upset to have to put our other vehicle in the shop , but as I stated before - they have already called my wife to tell her that her truck should be ready for pick-up on Friday . Ya'll are the greatest - Gary you got a great crew !

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at Gerber! My car had been vandalized for the second time in a week while visiting from out-of-state. My insurance company referred me to the Highlands Ranch location as a place that was open on Saturday; they would have preferred that I waited until I could see the adjuster on Wednesday. Carl C. was compassionate about my situation, found the part that I could pick up that day, and then did the repair himself. Otherwise I would have been without a car until at least Monday. He went way above and beyond in taking care of me. By the time the claims reps called me on Monday and Tuesday, I could tell them that my car had already been fixed and that I was already several hundred miles away. Carl also helped me escalate the claims issue with my insurance due to the circumstances I was in ... that made an urgent repair necessary. He was by far the bright spot in the ordeals I experienced during my trip to Denver. read more

Amazing service, friendly, and they go above and beyond to serve you the customer on a personal level. Their first priority is to make sure the customer is satisfied. Repair work is wonderfully done. They even vacuumed my car! (Which for a busy Mom is wonderful). Mike and his team kept in touch with updates, and times to when the car would be finished. They also went above and beyond to help us with our repair. I would give them a million stars if that were an option. Wonderful company, highly recommend. Ever grateful, blessings to this company!!!!!

All the personnel I came in contact with, including the ladies up front were friendly, courteous and very professional. The repair job is perfect. can't tell that anything ever happened to my truck. Highly recommend Gerber for all collision repairs. My thanks to all. I'll hopefully not have another reason to visit them, but if I have another accident, I'll go back to Gerber.
