The GM Wes is awesome! He took my car back in as the Eye Sight Camera was not working. properly. When it appeared that it would talke longer, Wes At Gerber Collision ordered a rental car for me. I am telling everyone I know about how everything was taken care of. He did more than I ever expected. A rare find these days.

Our vehicle was a total loss after a deer hit.. I felt that we still received the attention, and consideration that we would have if our vehicle was being repaired. The shop manager, Kyle T. was very attentive and let me use a loaner vehicle until the insurance determined my car was a total. I wouldn't have been able to get back/forth to work without it!
