From my first contact by the receptionist , to my assigned estimator, Leah H. ,to the repair technicians, they were all courteous, all acted in a professional manner and they were extremely helpful. Leah was always in contact with me as to the repair progress and if I had any questions she always answered them. She made a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. To date, the repairs made on my new Ford pickup are excellent and all my friends have complimented as to the repairs. You can not tell that my vehicle was damaged, it still look like its brand new.

After being involved in a hit and run and having a bodily injury as well as your vehicle needing repairs, it was amazing to have my insurance company recommend a place that would not only fix my auto good as new, but would walk me through the process step by step with such care and grace. We had updates regularly and they treated us like royalty. From the time we dropped it off in tears of sadness until the time we picked it up in tears of joy, they were perfect. Very professional and very courteous. They even took care of making sure the rental company picked up the loaner from their location. We highly recommend using Gerber.
