This is a First-class auto repair shop. Everything is done to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied, not only with their work, but also with their attention to all the details (insurance, rentals, etc.). What a great bunch.!!!! Seriously!! I felt bad enough after having an accident with my baby in the car... living in Chicago and having to "GO" to the Police Department to place an accident report... calling the insurance company and hoping my insurance deductible doesn't go up... and now I had to get it fixed. From the phenomenal receptionist to the awesome body shop mechanics and reps.... this was a win! Thank you for not making me feel like a jerk about coming in... and my kids tearing everything up and screaming and running around.... I am just truly thankful. I live in Hyde Park and traveled to this shop because I heard how great this group was. God forbid I have to return ... I would only go here!!! Thanks guys!!!

Took my car in for repair and first spoke to Kara R. -CSR and then to James S. General Manager. They checked the damages and told me they could just add a bolt and buff out the scratches. Even cancel the claim! Oh my gosh, they asked me if I had time to wait, repairs were completed in least than 30 minutes, and no charge! Honesty and curtsy in this day and age is had to fine! What an great experience and will highly recommend they to all my friends. Thanks again to James and Kara!

This Feedback is for the repairs I had on my 2011 Toyota Corolla after I had an accident at the end of January. Paul C. and the repair team deserve a standing ovation and commendation for their speed and professionalism throughout the process and did an amazing job getting my car done 4 days before the estimated completion time. Pauls due diligence is greatly appreciated as he saved me close to $150 dollars on a rental car as I was foolish and didn't have rental coverage. I will be recommending Gerber Collision and Glass, and more specifically the Waterford location, to anyone I know for auto body repairs. I am beyond pleased with the collision repairs that were done on my car! I was a little worried because my car is almost 12 years old and I was afraid it would look uneven. But I was floored when I picked up my car.... it actually looks brand new! The service was done ahead of schedule according to the notifications I received.
