The staff was professional but also very friendly, putting my mind at ease and answering all of my questions about the repairs. The amount of time that my car (2008 Chrysler 300C) was in the shop was perfect and when I picked it up I was amazed at the quality of work which is very important to me as I am a car enthusiast and love my car. Everyone I came in contact with was not only pleasant, they got me in and out as fast as possible. Their efficiency was amazing. The car looks great - I can't tell there was any damage. They also finished it days sooner than originally estimated. This is the second time I've gone to them and both times they made a difficult situation less troublesome.
