After being stressed out over a hit and run accident, my insurance company sent me to Gerber for a damage estimate. They gave me a reasonable estimate and time required for repair. They had me transported to the rental car location as well. Everything was done on time with no surprises. They even kept me informed each day with a text or phone call. It alleviated much of my stress and put me back in my own car as quickly as possible. Great customer service.

I am so pleased with the service and repairs I received from this location! Brian K. did a great job, I couldn't be more happy. Thanks Brian! The repairs to my vehicle were completed extremely fast, in fact, they were even completed earlier than originally expected. I was updated on the progress of the vehicle everyday. The vehicle looks just as good as it did before the accident! When I went to pick up the vehicle, everyone was so pleasant and displayed fantastic customer service. The man at the counter (did not catch a name- Saturday @ 11 am) was very friendly and Jeremy walked me through the final repair bill and showed me what repairs were done. Thanks for all your hard work!

Estimator Jeff T. made my experience at Gerber enjoyable, cuz taking your car in is not enjoyable. I slide on the ice in my brand new car. I brought my car to Gerber due to insurance requirements. Jeff made the whole process easy and the repairs look great! I will always recommend Gerber, but it will be the 2nd street only location that I recommend. Thank you for making my car look new again.

I want to give a big Thank You to Cody M. for helping us replace a 15 year old door handle for our Honda minivan. The replacement handle arrived in the wrong color but Cody had his techs paint it the correct color to match our 2002 Oddy. It looks great. I am very pleased with the service that I received at Gerber. I took my car into the shop for a paint job to be completed on my bumper. Aaron C. and his team did an outstanding job by completing the paint job in 2 days! Aaron went above and beyond his duty to make sure that my car was properly restored and to make sure that I am a completely satisfied customer.
