They did an excellent job--I was able to get into the repair shop within 24-48 hrs. Which exceeded my expectations. I had a leased car and it was up within approximately 30 days and they were able to repair the vehicle before the time to turn it in--I greatly appreciate that. They also washed and vacuum the car--that was also exceeded my expectation. I couldn't be happier with the work done and the great service that I got--I would go to Gerber again and refer them to others as appropriate. Thanks again for a great job!

I had a wonderful experience with the repair of my car, special thanks to Perez and Doug. They were both extremely professional, polite and courteous. Perez was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Perez made me feel like I was a very important person and was attentive to every one who walked through the door. Doug was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job explaining every step of the repair process in a way that I could understand. Last summer I went to Gerber Collision & Glass for the first time. I had a slight accident and did some damage to my passenger door ( I misjudged a turn and sideswiped my door on my own on a post ). General Manager Don H. and his staff fixed up my car like new. I was very pleased with the service that I received. On the 11th of March my car driver door mirror was vandalized while I was at work. The following week I went back to Don at the Oak Forest location and ordered a new mirror. The work done was top quality and I am very pleased. I did not go through insurance because I have a five hundred dollar deductable. With this said, I took a big hit on this vandalism. I am now going to save up a bit to have my driver door refinished and a dent removed ( the broken mirror caused a dent and some scratches ). Once again, I will be going to ... read more
