I have had repairs done on my car in the past, but this has been the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was efficient, helpful and nice. I got texts on the progress of my car along with twice a week calls. When we picked up the call the gentlemen went through what was fixed and was very thorough with everything. Gerber Collision and Glass is the BEST place to get your car fixed. They have excellent mechanics like Justin L. and managers like Andy who watch out for their customers. I had a minor accident and needed auto body work on my new car. My insurance company sent me to Gerber. They fixed it quickly, completely eliminating all damage and matching the paint so that no one can tell where I dinged my car! Then I came back to have them look at the air conditioning in my old pickup. I had been told that I needed a new system by other repair shops and the price was more than the worth of the truck. After my pleasant experience with Gerber on my new car, I decided to return with my truck to see what they could do. For a small price they got my air conditioning blowing cold air again. The receptionists, and Mr. M. treated my repair and myself with priority. I was also well-informed with repair details before the work started. I was also impressed with the equal level of courtesy other customers were given. I must also thank Addie from Enterprise; in short, the insurance company handling the repair/rental details was in no rush to see this completed. Addie was a major help in moving things forward. Gerber's people did an excellent job fixing my SLK230 after a rear-end collision. They couldn't find a replacement bumper so they repaired the damaged one and you absolutely cannot tell it from a new one. Their staff are extremely courteous and friendly. All in all a pleasant experience, considering the reason, and I will recommend them to friends and relatives if they ever need a little TLC for their car.

This is the second time my car has been fixed after a collision at Gerber in Huntersville, NC. The first time, they fixed $8,000 worth of damage to my car following a hit and run by an 18-wheeler. This most recent time, I was rear-ended and had about $1,500 worth of damage to my car. Each time, Gerber did an outstanding job. They left my car super clean on the inside and outside, and the damage from the accidents was no longer present. This most recent time, they also fixed my car in just a couple of days, when I was expecting it to take over a week. I would absolutely take my car back to Gerber. Their customer service, regular updates on my car, and efficiency is outstanding.
