Our 1966 Pontiac was severely damaged on the right rear quarter panel. The white paint on the car is over 40 years old. The entire Gerber team (Zak, TJ, Rebecca, Emmie and Magalis) was courteous, friendly and efficient. I received a callback within hours of submitting my insurance claim online, was able to get in the schedule the very next day, and had my vehicle back in less than a week! Excellent followup throughout the process via mobile texts and no complications with settling payment. Great color matching to my weathered paint job was a plus. I'd definitely use this Gerber location again and would recommend to others.

It was easy to find the place of business (good signage), easy to access the site, plenty of parking. The estimator (Sean [sp - ???]) was thorough, courteous, answered all questions. The collision produced a repair estimate of less than $1,900.00. The appointment was made easily. A good working relationship with Enterprise Car Rental (Arlington Hts., IL). produced a reservation for pick up at the site the morning when work began as well as for the return of the rental car at the end. The work took one day less than anticipated. The work appears to be very well done (time will tell if the paint job holds up well). The only thing I would add is that neither of us remember Gerber employees telling us to not wash the car for a certain period of time. I highly recommend using Gerber at this location. They had to replace my whole back bumper and trunk. They did an excellent job and had my car in and out in a week (projected time was two weeks). I also like that they guarantee their work for the life of the car. Everyone was very nice and professional.
