This is my second time here at this shop for insurancerepairs. I specifically asked my insurancecompany to send me here again as Kim and her team did amazing work my first time here in 2014. The staff is courteous, empathetic, personable, and understanding. They are thorough in their work and explanations. Well done team!

Met with Amanda who knew the ins and outs of auto repair with a smile and a friendly but efficient manner..Phone calls were answered quickly and with pertinent information. The receptionist was quick to help and made the writing of the $1000.00 insurance deductible check less painful...we laughed about our hair do problems . I would recommend Gerber to anyone in need of great service....Unfortunately with my driving record i'll probably be back soon...Thank you sue anne copeland

Kyle S. and his team did an excellent job with my car. It looks brand new. They were all very professional and did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. Kyle went the extra mile to replace my crushed license plate cover that was damaged in the accident. The best customer I have had in years. I will refer my friends and family members to Gerber Collision in Highland IN.

The staff was extremely conscientious and polite. The adjuster was not happy with the initial work and had it revised before the car was returned to me. I am pleased with the repair work. My policy includes valet service. Gayle was extremely personable, respectful and assessable. She kept me apprised of the day to day work and the completion date through several update phone calls. Her timely delivery of the rental car and the return of my car is very much appreciated. Overall, a very nice experience.

The repair was estimated to take three days but it was completed in one day. The damage was not as extensive assumed but the repair was quick and above expectations. This will definitely be my first choice location should I ever need other services.

Another great repair job! Paint work looks great. I was so happy with the last repair that there was no question in my mind about where my car was going. They also did a great job on my sister's car 2 weeks ago.
