Gerber is an outstanding place to receive work done on your vehicle. This experience with them is nothing less than exceptional. This is my second experience and I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Two weeks ago someone hit my car while I was at work and without an appointment Jamie quickly surveyed my vehicle and let me know when I could bring it in again and set me up for another appointment. Once I had the time Jamie and Mallory quickly got me on the books. When I brought my car in they took car of everything quickly. David and Bryan did an amazing job in fixing the dint that someone caused. I could not tell my self because the work was perfect. Hello. This is my first time using this repair shop. They were great on all areas. From the moment I walk into the door to me driving off the lot. They did a amazing job on repairing my car door. For a use door it looks pretty new. They were nothing but nice to me & made sure I was taken care of. During the whole repair on my car door they kept me updated & everything. I'm happy I went to location for my auto repair & not just because I live near the location. I would recommend a friend to this location. Thank you again.

I had a small break in my rear fender, but I was treated like I was the only client they ever had. They gave me all the information I could possibly want, without asking. I was unable to get a rental car, so they had someone drive me home 12+ miles. I received text messages telling me the situation & progress of the repairs twice every day; and when the car was scheduled to be ready I received another message giving me a time of completion. I picked up my car within 1 minute of the time I was told it would be ready. This is an amazing, caring group of people, and although I hope I never have to use them again I will certainly sing their praises every chance I have.

The work was completed as agreed, but my admiration for them goes far beyond the actual work they completed. Matt was my point of contact through the experience and he is as professinal as the day is long. Lamont was the guy working behind the counter and he is the straw that stirs the drink there! I have been in customer service for over 40 years and the people who work at the location get it and then some. Would I refer other people to this location, yes! They have my respect and admiration always.
